Michael focuses on managing our day-to-day financial performance and developing strong internal controls and financial reporting tools. He holds an MBA and is a licensed CPA, bringing over 40 years of financial leadership experience across organizations ranging from the Department of Defense to multinational corporations and small businesses. His work ensures a clear, accurate view of the company’s financial health for both management and potential investors. Based in Northern Virginia, he is a proud father of three and recently welcomed two grandchildren, who have brought immense joy to his life.
